1. Domestic Shipping Only (Canada)

We currently ship strictly within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid Canadian delivery address.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location (regional variations apply for remote or northern areas).

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carrier restrictions may apply, and we might be unable to deliver large items to standard P.O. Boxes. If this is the case, our team will contact you before shipping.

6. Damages & Issues

The Table Craft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if handled by third-party couriers. However, we value our customers and want to help. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately.
